LOUISIANA REVISITED

Aren't I up for GRANNY OF THE YEAR? Taking my poor wee tyke into a place that sells beer! The horsey was the funniest thing I'd ever seen in a Mexican restaurant.

A closer view of the Tabasco Girl, with her brand-name T-shirt and bibs.

Now this is some fine cooking!!!! This is one of the pots bubbling with goodness at a crawfish boil down here in the land of fine food and fun. Short corn on the cob, potatoes (cleaned but with the skins on) and a few other things in there with the crawfish. Loads of fantastic spices.

Yummy.

This is how you get it done, my friends. Cornbread is thrown in for good measure. And it is made with hot peppers threaded through as well. I can't believe Zelly eats this HOT food and doesn't flinch. She is something else.

These folks know how to relax and have a great time.
